Bonkers dictator Kim Jong-Il and his spokespeople have said that the nuclear test set off by North Korea was only a pre-emptive strike to defend against American hostility. They might have warned us by showing us some of their national art, like the doozy at right, photographed recently at the national gallery in Pyongyang.
