  1. Approving minutes of the 2024 Fall Meeting of Members
  2. Receiving the report of the Chief Returning Officer for the 2025-2026 Board of Directors election;
  3. Receiving the report of the Editor-in-Chief
  4. Amending the bylaws;
  5. Transacting such other business as may properly be brought before the meeting.

Proxies: Members unable to attend this meeting in person may proxy their vote. Proxy forms must be uploaded to this Google form no later than 4:00 pm ET on Thursday, April 17. Please note that, unlike previous years, the deadline for proxy forms falls on the day prior to the meeting.
