The Spring Meeting of Members of VARSITY PUBLICATIONS (the “Corporation”), the not-for-profit corporation that publishes The Varsity newspaper, will be held

LOCATION: on Zoom
for the purposes of:
- Approving minutes of the 2023 Fall Meeting of Members
- Receiving the report of the Chief Returning Officer for the 2024-2025 Board of Directors election;
- Receiving the report of the Editor-in-Chief
- Amending the bylaws;
- Transacting such other business as may properly be brought before the meeting.
Proxies: Members unable to attend this meeting in person may proxy their vote. Proxy forms must be uploaded to this Google form no later than 5:00 pm ET on Sunday, April 21. Please note that, unlike previous years, the deadline for proxy forms falls on the day prior to the meeting. If you experience any issues with the Google form for proxy collection, please email [email protected]. Proxy-holders cannot hold more than two (2) proxies.
