Daycare workers at U of T will be getting retroactive raises after U of T’s Business Board reached a collective agreement with the Canadian Union of Public Employees Local 2484. The CUPE local represents the 35 daycare employees who look after the tots at U of T’s Early Learning Centre and OISE. The toddler-wranglers get a two per cent raise for January 1, 2004, and a three per cent raise for July 1, 2004.
