Toronto Police have issued a Canada-wide arrest warrant for Jennifer Mulumba, 27, a woman alleged to have taken part in a home invasion at 184 Harbord St. on July 30. Said Egal, 19, who allegedly joined her, has been charged with two counts of robbery, using a dangerous weapon, and property obtained by crime. Toronto Police are still searching for information on Mulumba. It is alleged that Egal and Mulumba gained access to the apartment on Harbord Street around 10 pm. A knife from the kitchen was used to threaten the occupants into turning over their wallets. Another person, who came to investigate the disturbance, was also assaulted before the suspects fled the scene. Twenty minutes after the robbery, a victim’s credit card was used to purchase $2,000 worth of merchandise from a store on Queen Street West.
