Second-year mechanical engineering student Riley Monsour smashes a flaming gas-doused guitar onto the windshield of a minivan engineers set up for their yearly Charity Car Smash last Friday. Event organizers netted $480 in donations for the United Way by auctioning off the different breakable bits of the minivan to sledge-hammer-wielding engineers. All told, the engineers raised $3,561 for the United Way during their spirited Godiva Week.
