Nadia Salhia serves some brews at Hart House’s soon-to-be-open Sammy’s Student Exchange, which has replaced the Arbor Room eatery in the basement of Hart House. The bar opened last weekend and the food serving area will open by the end of this week. Although slated to open last fall, Salhia said that the installation of a ventilation system for the grill accounted for the delay.
